This picture was taken while the USS Rogers was in port at the Naval Station, Subic Bay, RP.

Robert Orta, Sonar Technician 2nd Class, is at the left (with the close haircut).  Jake Pomplin  (no beard & hat worn back) next to the life ring.  Mike Wold is next (beard, STG2).  The others in the picture are not known.
